The product concept combines employee self-service, HR operations, HR manager approvals, BOS team control, payroll compliance, and executive people analytics into one role-based SaaS. The mockup focuses on practical HR workflows: tap in and tap out attendance, sick leave, annual leave, AI-assisted hiring process monitoring, onboarding, offboarding, payroll preparation, PPh 21 and BPJS checks, THR forecasting, compliance alerts, and workforce health reporting.
